Back
in the Summer of ‘92... Bill Baker banded together
with TR, Preston and Rex to put together the first
Ace Frehley tribute band!
Always a big Kiss fan, when Bill met Ace in 1990 he
paid tribute to his friend’s music by playing
it live. Turns out Ace liked the band so much, he
outfitted Bill with some of his own stage worn clothes
to add extra authenticity! Fractured Mirror played
their first gig at the ‘93 Kiss Expo, and went
on to play many Metro area clubs. A live version of
their song “Put It Back On” was featured
in the documentary film "Kiss Loves You"
, and the song has been written about in KISS fanzines
worldwide. Sadly, time marches on and Fractured Mirror
played their final show at the 1998 Kiss Expo.
This is a retrospective of the music they paid tribute
to, and the fun they had doing it. Included are interview
clips, coverage of The Ace Frehley Archives Museum
(the world’s largest archive of Ace memorabilia),
candid clips of Ace out and about, and plenty of great
performances from the first and only Ace Frehley tribute
band. Enjoy and ROCK ON!!
